1 General Provisions

3 Age Restrictions

All gaming and betting activities on wind bd are for persons aged 21 or older only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If any account holder is found to be in violation of this age requirement, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

4 Account Management

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

wind bd currently accepts deposits through three payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. When making a deposit, the correct amount and reference number must be provided; otherwise, the transaction may be delayed.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum amount for a withdrawal from wind bd is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can only be made through bKash, Nagad, or Rocket and will be sent to the same account used for the deposit. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.

5.3 Transaction Integrity

Every transaction must come from an honest and legitimate source. If a suspicious transaction is detected, wind bd may request additional information for verification and reserves the right to cancel the transaction if a satisfactory response is not received.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A wagering requirement applies to this bonus: the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before a withdrawal can be made. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and to meet the wagering requirement ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered.

6.2 Other Promotions

wind bd regularly offers various promotional deals, such as a weekly reload reward (30% bonus, up to ৳6,000, wagering 15×), a cricket festival bonus (50% bonus, up to ৳8,000, wagering 12×), and a weekend special offer (45% bonus, up to ৳10,000, wagering 18×). Each offer has its own terms and validity period.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

If a user abuses the bonus system — such as using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, attempting to meet wagering requirements with low-risk bets, or using any other dishonest method — the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 Software and Results

All games on wind bd are operated by internationally recognised software providers. Game results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial and verifiable. If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, the result of that round may be considered void.

7.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, bets are settled based on the official result of an event. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet stake will be refunded. For any technical issues during live betting, the decision of wind bd's management will be considered final.

7.3 Disputed Results

If a user has a dispute regarding a game result, they must contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the result. No complaint will be accepted after the specified time.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wind bd:

• Operating multiple accounts under one person's name.
• Creating or managing an account using another person's identity.
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or bugs for personal gain.
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities through an account.
• Attempting to hack into other users' accounts.
• Using robots, bots, or automated software to play games or place bets.
• Fraudulent activities against the platform or coordinated group manipulation.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all funds in the account will be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.
